- well...I'll take a stab...

- 1.) Secure a PD program called "Moned". This program helped me lose the
- borders on my NEC monitor, so it may solve your problem as well.

- 2.) Yep! But oddly enough...if you boot in pal..get the DblNTSC screen, and
- then launch a Pal program, I'll run in Pal (most times). I use "Parm". This
- is a configurable menu program. Then get yourself the NTSC->PAL and PAL->NTSC
- programs (all three are PD). put the mode switch programs in C: and run them
- from Parm (or any other launcher) Once run, the very next program run boots in
- the mode you selected.

- ...Or you may want to use "Master Control Program" or "MCP". This may be the
- best option. MCP runs in the background and you can specify the screen mode
- for any executible on your HD. (also handy for running many games in double
- mode!:)
